Payment Policy

GullyBharat payment rules and category eligibility.

This page explains when GullyBharat may process online payments and when it only supports discovery, listing, enquiry or coordination.

1. Platform Role

GullyBharat is a local commerce and service discovery platform. It helps customers find, order from, book or contact participating local businesses and service providers. Payment availability depends on category eligibility, vendor approval and the checkout options shown in the app.

2. Eligible Online Payment Categories

Online payment may be available for QR Menu restaurant orders, Smart Print jobs, tailoring orders, home/local services, eligible local retail orders and other approved categories. These payments use secure checkout and server-side payment verification.

3. Categories Not Enabled For Gateway Payments

Rentals, property listings, PG listings, hostel listings, vehicle rental, unsupported Apartment Pool transactions, community pool payments and group fund collection are not processed through the GullyBharat payment gateway unless a specific category is separately approved and enabled.

  • GullyBharat does not collect rent through its gateway for unsupported categories.
  • GullyBharat does not collect security deposits, lease payments or property booking amounts through its gateway for unsupported categories.
  • Apartment Pool is a community coordination feature unless an eligible approved product or service payment is shown at checkout.

4. Razorpay Safety

Users should pay online only through the official GullyBharat checkout shown for an eligible category. GullyBharat does not ask users to pay rent, deposits, lease amounts or unsupported community funds through direct links, phone calls or unofficial messages.

5. Refunds And Failed Payments

Refunds, cancellations and payment failure handling apply only to transactions that were actually processed through an eligible GullyBharat payment flow. If a category is enquiry-only or coordination-only, GullyBharat has not collected that category payment through the gateway.
