Responsible Use

By using GullyBharat, you agree to use the platform responsibly and provide accurate information during registration, profile updates, ordering, booking, payment, delivery and KYC submission.

Misuse And Unauthorized Access

Users must not misuse the platform, upload false documents, interfere with another account, attempt unauthorized access, abuse support channels, or create fraudulent orders, bookings, listings or claims.

Partner Verification

Vendors and delivery partners must provide correct identity, business, bank, address and document details during KYC. Approval may be accepted, rejected, suspended or re-reviewed based on document quality, operational requirements, policy compliance or security concerns.

Orders, Bookings And Payments

Orders, bookings, delivery assignments, wallet activity, settlements, commissions, offers and refunds are governed by the policies published in this section and by the latest operational rules configured by GullyBharat administrators.

Updates

GullyBharat may update these terms, policies, fees, commissions, eligibility rules and workflow requirements from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the latest version.
